You get the chance to create your avatar the first time you log into the 3D game. Once you have made your character, you can then continue into the game itself. If you decide you don't like how your avatar looks in the game, you can recreate your avatar everytime you log in by pressing the button on the log in screen entitled: "Create my avatar." Does that solve your problem?
