If you are still not able to log in please send kaneva two attachments so I can have my log in tech take a look at them:

dxdiag
Kepclient


For the dxdiag do this:

Go to Start
Click on Run
Type in dxdiag then hit the OK button
A new window will open up and it will take maybe 30 seconds to process. When it is down hit the “Save All Information” button that is on the bottom of this new screen. This will let you save a wordpad version of your dxdiag to somewhere on your computer (I believe documents is the default section and that is fine).


For the Kepclient file:

To get to it go to Start->My Computer->C Drive->Programs Files->Kaneva->World of Kaneva->Logs. Then just copy the KepClient text file and send that to me as an attachment.
