How do you delete an account.

I have no idea how to delete an account. could someone help me.:confused:

1.Sign in with the account’s email address and password. If you don’t know the password, you can retrieve it by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign in box of Kaneva.com. The password will be sent to the email address used to sign in to Kaneva.

2.Remove all content from the profile, and then type 'Remove Profile' in the 'About Me' field under Interests (this field can be reached by selecting Account, and thenselecting Interests). This change lets us know that you want the Profile removed.

3.Sign in with the account’s email address and password. If you don’t know the password, you can retrieve it by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the on the Sign In page. The password will be sent to the email address used to sign in to Kaneva.

4.Click Feedback and send us a message that includes the entire URL of the profile you want to deactivate. We will then terminate the account.
