I seriously need help..

Okay I downloaded the game client signed up everything seemed fine but when I try to log on it says it timed out and to try to reconnect.
Now I've tried bringing it up a few tiems restarting my computer reinstalling etc but it still doesn't work
My friends playing on my other computer on the same ip can I not play because of that?
If someone gets a chance please help me out here it's driving me crazy haha

unless your friend did something crazy and cuased the IP to be banned, it should be a problem...

if it works on that PC with a diffrent person (guessing on a diffrent window user name)... you might want to check the diffrences in settings, and or maybe check if you have any background tasks that could be taking up part of your bandwidth making that your connection to the server is weaker...
(easy way of checking is look at the task bar next PC time, and bottum right of screen on defult, if it is full of applications you are not using close them for the time you are in Kaneva)

oh, and do you use wireless or cable internet (cause a wireless connection also does that sometimes...)

An "Expired Certificate" will also cause a network failure. Make sure your "Time and Date" is correct.... Starrynite

Actually now it lets me play in the morning but not at night so Im guessing it times me out when there are too many people on..

u can everyting of ur pg,then under ur account go to preferences check
my profile content restricted content,then unclickall of ur email content,
but kaneva never closes an account it will remain open just encase u
choose to come back.hop this helps and i hop u choose not to leave
