How do i let ppl be moderators?

How can i let my friends or some of them be moderaters in my apartment?

You can't. You can only do that in the hangouts.

You can only do that in your hang-out, or in your club/community. If you do not have a club/community, then go to your Kaneva, click on communities, and finally, make your community.
