I would like to send the members of my community an email or a message. How do I do that?:confused:

the only way i know of is in the blast,next to blast it is more blast options,
click it then u will see select community find the community that u want it will blast it to those members only;)

When people join our communities, they are forced to decide whether or not they receive mail from the community. Therefore it stands to reason that there must be a mechanism for the owner to send the mail. However, I am one owner who is still looking for the way to do so. Please keep the discussion going. I need to know how to contact my large membership group weekly! Thank u!!!

I haven't found a way to send a message to all community members yet or all friends. Ive been doing it the same way as you - copy and paste individually to each friend. If anyone knows a better way, I am here to learn.

There is a weekly digest function I will have to look into... hmmm.

There is a way that you can let all of the members in your community know about things like that. All that you have to do, is post an event, and if they clicked on the "Recieve Updates" button, then they will recieve those updates to the community. I hope that this helps.

I just sent out 64 individual letters to my community members. :( I am not the least bit satisfied with this situation. Please, kaneva gods, tell us how to use this system to reach all our members with ONE email!! Thank u very much! :p

I'm looking into this. We are making some sweeping changes to the communities and My Kaneva this quarter (hopefully by the end of February) and I am seeing if this can be accomplished.

oh you could go to your members list tgem right clicl at each member adn open a new tab adn them go to each tap of your member friend send hima meesgse and close the tap and go to another tap you got me

GO TO THE BLAST AREA U WILL C MORE BLAST OPTION
CLICK IT GO TO THE SCROLL BAR THAT SAYS SELECT COMM.
THERE U WILL FIND A LIST OF COMM THAT U OWN OR MOD FOR
FIND THE COMM U R WANTIN TO TALK TO LEAVE UR MESSAGE
CLICK TO SEND IT GOES OUT

There used to be the functionality to mass email people in your community but it was removed back in April or May I believe.

I'm going to see if we can get it back. :)

Has any progress been made on this matter? I sent out 93 separate emails yesterday. It took hours and is completely unnecessary since this system is already in place. Please help community owners by doing what is necessary to reinstate this feature. If people dont want emails, they can ask for no mail, or even quit the community. Thank u!!
