how do i make ONLY my friends see my profile

Go to your Profile page, click on the Layout section. Near the top of the page there is a "view settings" selection with 3 choices: public, only me, and Friends Only.

Select the Friends Only option and then make sure to hit the Save Changes button near the top of the page.

Now only people on your Friends List will be able to see it.
