kaneva website malfunction

it seems that http://www.kaneva.com/loginSecure.aspx dosent work when i try to log on but https://www.kaneva.com/loginSecure.aspx does just because of an added s.

and when i get passed that page i dont need an s anymore lol but when i do sign on with that s i have to type http://www.kaneva.com all over again without the s so 3 steps i have to take and its really getting annoying doing that can someone plz tell me how to fix this or if its kaneva?

You know, I had a problem with where I was having problems with logging in too, only I couldn't get to the MY KANEVA PAGE. It seemed like the page was stuck and I just couldn't get there no matter what I did. To remedy my situation I had to open up my Internet Tools and erase my Cookies and start over. Try erasing your cookies and start over, I hope this helps. Also what version of Internet Explorer are you running? Post back and let us know if what I said helped you or not!

ok i deleted all my cookies and it still dont work
i have me computor set to accept all cookies but once again when i click the sign in button it says what i told u

ok... hmm, now I am not sure what to do next. I thought it might be your cookies causing the problem. Take a screen shot and send it in to the Tech Department, to take a screen shot simply hold down the ALT and PRT SCR buttons at the same time... it will be in your OPERATING SYSTEMS paint program, open it up and save as a jpeg image... attach it to an e-mail to Kaneva. That's about all I can tell you, it might be a glich in the Website and needs to be reported. I hope you can get this resolved because I am out of suggestions on this one!

The link when i click it comes up as no s witch wasent a problem untill recentally i dont know what to do i dont know if it is kaneva or me lol it works fine without the s on alllllll the other sites and kaneva sites except this link witch i have to put the s and then sign in and then take out the s and go to the kaneva page manually. (Normally when i sign in it automaticly takes me to the kaneva page but no it dosent someone plz help me thnks

Hmm... an "S" after the http://? Now that would be a really weird thing, I have never heard of an "S" after the http... this one is a stumper! Ok... report this to the tech side of Kaneva and include the above photo and your entire explaination to them. It could be the browser that is doing this. Maybe Tech can tell you more about this prob than I can. You may also want to send an e-mail to Microsoft too, they would also know more about this than me. This has me totally stumped, I have never heard of this problem in all the time I've been using the Internet.

ok ma1993 after lookin at urs i watched mine to i to have the s after http but it dont give me any probs at all.when i log in it takes me to the same place as urs at the right side at the top i click on my kaneva and i go right to my home page. i dont change anything in the address bar

lol.. This is just a idea, as I have afriend that had something similar two months ago on a diffrent wepage, that was fixed by doing this.

have you checked the security settings of your browser, as I think the is in the https:// has to do with it being a secure connection, and that your browse is doing that cause of your settings on security

I see you have IE7 is here it how to check your current setting:
on the comman bar go to tools>internet options on the menu that comes up choose the security tab (at the top of menu) and check for settings

I have downloaded the program but cant get the world to open it keeps saying there was a error and I cant get in now what do i do to see what is wrong

take a pitcure of the screnn when the error comes up take a phitcure by clicking Ctrl and Print Scr/Sys Rq. It is located next to F12 so take the photo save it under jpg. be sure to do that and then save it under documents. Click add media in your media library and click broze and type in that file and upload it and put the link here and we will inderstand u better:)
