Problem With Hangout Textures

This evening I bought a dance club deed and applied it to the community conference room. I was under the assumption that once I bought and applied a deed, I would be able to right click and edit the wall textures, floor textures, etc. However, when I do this I still can't edit anything. I tried searching the forums for an answer but everything I was reading seemed to assume that you were trying to edit the conference room which is not the case for me. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

The small coffee house deed is the only club that you can "paint" walls and floors. All others you have to panel over and then "paint" the panels as you wish. Hope this helps:)

It's true - you can't texture the walls in a dance club. You have to panel over everything. If you'd like to see a good example of handling the decorating of a dance club take a look at Larsens Hideaway. I went to great expense and considerable effort to make the first floor presentable. I also added a second floor dance hall and a complete exterior.
