how can I have a pool or hot tub with water in it. i've tried using floor panels but then the water is frozen, i'd like it to be where you can stand in it.

you have to use a thinner medium: use the Persian rug bought in the furniture store .....this should be thin enough to pass thru and just pattern it with water pattern and raise it to proper level

as Dax said, us a persian carpet, riased to a higher level with a water texture... and build your hottub/pool a wall with panels or blocks

just remember that your water will look static (there will not me movement in the pattern as kaneva only suports Jpeg and not gif animations)
there was ways of tring to over come that like Z-fighting (also know as a panel flash in-world)

it's so easy man just buy a carpte and some 4*4 rectangle so you could make a pool and if you need help in building it send me a messege and i wil come an dhelp you build it for free man
