Decorating my hangout

I just created a new community, called MISoft Studios. I go to enter the hangout, and it lets me in okay, but how do I decorate the hangout with objects I purchase at the mall? It doesn't allow me to right-click on things like I can do in my home :(

Yeah this is one draw back I have found to the staring one. It's a conference room right? The only way to redo that one is to actually put up new walls and floors over what is already there. Otherwise and I'm not sure because I haven't upgraded due to cost. You may upgrade and then maybe you can edit the new layout as you like. Again I'm not totally sure on this one. I just paid for new walls and floors from the home depot place. Hope this helps.
