cant get the hairdressors to work

i have been to the hairdressors but when i press tab nothing happens:confused:

The hairdressers, in the mall, are for appearance only. To change your hair style 're-create' you avatar at the LOGIN stage of the game. Notice the button next to login.
You can change your avatar as often as you like, without penalty of losing clothing or furniture. Remember your friends are looking for you, as they meet your avatar. So dont change too often, once you find the right 'look'. -hub- :cool:

thanks for letting me know that :o but i have also tried pressing the redo avatar button and it just loggs me in to kaneva aND NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS ANY ADVICE? :)

Make sure that after you put in your email and password that you click the "Redo Avatar" button before hitting enter OR sign in. :)

I dont know why but for about two weeks I couldnt redo my avy either, I would hit redo avy and it logged me in. But after a couples weeks I was able to redo my avy, it might be some kind of glitch not sure though.

Just a suggestion - the Clips and Curls puzzled me for a long time because it DOES have the Tab for action .... Since the Tab can bring up an inventory.. couldn't it, in this case, bring up a little note about changing hairstyles in the Redo Avatar area? (instead of the mystifying non response) ... well I don't know if the scripting could be modified for that... and it would be even more fun if it could actually take the player to the Redo Avatar area (and back again) but I realize this may be too complex an operation...

jus' me thinkin' here :D
