I WAS LOG IN MONDAY 11th AND DID,NT RECEIVE ANY CREDITS FOR IT.. I SENT AN NOTICE IN BUT GOT NO RESPONSE BACK..WENSDAY13TH I LOG IN AT 925 WAS KICK OFF TWICE --BUT WAS LOG BACK BEFORE 940..ONE OF YOUR MESSAGES TO SOME ONE ELSE STATED YOU HAVE TO BE ON FOR AT LEAST 45 MINS TO GET THEM-WITCH I WAS.. FRIEND OF MIND SAID SHE WAS ON FOR 15 MINS AND HAD TO GO AND RECEIVED HERE CREDITS..I'M JUST ASKING IF I WILL GET THEM OR NOT. CAN YOU HELP?? YOU NO YOU SET HERE TO GET THEM AND WHEN YOU DON'T IT'S A MESS..IT'S LIKE GOING TO WORK AND NOT GETTING PAID. I LIKE IT HERE AND IT'S FUN AND YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT THING GOING..
ASKING AGAIN CAN YOU PLEASE ME GETTING MY CREDITS..THANKS!!

What time zone are you in? Are you sure you were on at 9:30 EST?

yes i'm in the est zone. i'm in dayton ,ohio..i was on at the right time..before 930 and after 1030 on monday11th.. and wensday13th..925 to 1045 but wensday i was booted off 2 times before 940 and log back in at 940 and was on until 1045 or after... can you help with the credits for the 2 days

YOU NO LIKE I SAID-- YOU SET HERE AND EXSPECT TO GET THEM AND YOU DON'T ..YOU WAIT FOR THEM SO YOU CAN BUILD UP YOUR PLACE AND CAN'T. IT'S LIKE GOING TO WORK AND NOT GETTING PAID..IF YOU CAN'T TELL HOW LONG EACH MEMBER IS ON THEN HOW DO WE GET ARE CREDITS..I HAVE 17 CREDITS LEFT SINCE MONDAY NIGHT NAD HAVE'NT HAD NONE SINCE .. WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU START SELLING CREDITS AND PEOPLE DON'T GET THEM.. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A WAY TO NO IF THEY DID OR NOT..WHY CAN'T YOU LOOK BACK AND SEE THAT I WAS ON AND DID'NT RECEIVE THEM..JUST ASKING TRYING TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING ON HOW THINGS WORK...

You have lost your patience with us for no reason my friend, sometimes even I do not receive my credits, you MUST use the contact page and tell them that you did not receive your credits. Or else, still no credits :). Have a nice day!

Very rarely, considering the overall numbers, someone might not get credited for participation in a Stress Test. If you think you did not, then please send in a message to Kaneva Support via the "Contact Us (http://www.kaneva.com/overview/contactUs.aspx)" link on the Kaneva website.

Please keep in mind that we are able to verify if you did indeed log in for the Stress Test or not.

gm_andre somehow figured out about my participation in the stress test, so he lied about knowing how long I was on the server from what your saying? O.o
