Shopping problem

I went shopping the other night having a good time. Bought a great shirt. Thanks to Katt33 for showing me how to find it. Anyway I went back to my home and noticed that my rewards were a lot lower than they should be. So I checked my inventory. At first I didn't see anything extra in there that would make that big a dent in my rewards. Then I looked at the Furniture tab. And there it was, a tall floor cabinet. I didn't buy this but it's price matches what was missing from my rewards. I didn't even go into a Furniture store that night. So what I want to know is there anyway to get this fixed? Can I give back the piece of furniture and get my rewards back? I know if I had used credits then I could sell it but I only have rewards. I really need those reward points back. And I definetly don't need this cabinet. Has this ever happened to anybody else? Thanks for the help. :confused:

I understand it can be stressful if this happens. Why it happened, IDK. But for all intensive purposes, All you have to do it wait a couple days, log in during another party hour and you get another 500 rewards.
Did the shirt end up in your inventory?
If it did, cool, I say hang onto the floor cabinet (put it in the bank). You might need one at a later date.
If the shirt didn't get to you inventory, then that is a technical prob. that that Andre,Corelli or one of the other GMs need to fix. Can you reply back as to whether you did get the shirt in your inventory.

sry u cant return or trade anythin bought with rewards,u can talk to corelli about when that was bought by u they have a way to find out the day time
and how much u spent and on what.sry u r kinda stuck with it

Yes I did get the shirt. I just ended up with the cabinet that I didn't buy. I paid for it obviously but didn't purchase it. Thanks for the advice.

travel to the mall and walk up to a vendor(store clark) in a shop and press "tab" to interact with them... or you can just right click the NPC sales clark

there is also shops in some of the other public loactions like the Third Dimension, etc

Like I said, at that point..you got the shirt and you have the cabinet...put the cabinet in the bank and log on during another party hour and you'll get your 500 rewards and go from there.
