ok this is a little complicated,but i purchased a deed for a hang out and the greenacres hangout and i wanna sell it so i can get abigger place.but i don't knw how i already went to the real estate place but my deedis not in myinventory and i spent like 30 dollars to get credits so i can do this and i am not very happy..i need help.thanks teresa35tx

Yes you can Sell Deads back to the shop as they were bought with credits...

although.. you said you bought a green acre deed and want to sell it so you can buy a bigger place???? you do know that the green acre IS the biggest location currently in Kaneva.. so I can't see which dead you want to buy that gives a bigger location then the green acre.. lol

and if you bought the dead, it should be in your inventry, unless you used it already to convert your confrence room into the new loaction type, inwhich case you can't sell it as it has been used already

Also, be careful that u get HangOut Deed and not the home Deed! You can only have one home at a time, but if u get HangOut Deed u can have at least 10, don't know if there's a limit since you're only allowed to own 10 communities and need one to use your Deed in?? Like we could handle any more than 10 anyways??!!!

Neo and Mike had good input but I think they are missing part of the point.

If you have a green acre hangout...yes it is technically the largest hangout.
And yes, you can have many hangouts..don't know how many (10 sounds like a good number). But If you want to sell you hangout back to Kaneva, you have to first buy the new hangout of your choice. Then take the deed to your hangout and "blow up" the existing green acres hangout. All your stuff will be put back into your inventory including the green acre hangout deed. Then you can sell it back to Kaneva or trade it to someone else. If you sell it to someone else..you might be able to sell it for less then what you bought it for but more then what you would get from Kaneva as resale value.
