are you sure you were online on the right day at the right time for more then 45min

(that is Monday, Wednesday and Saterday from 9:30EDT to 10:30EDT for AT LEAST 45min)

It's happened to me too. I finally figured out, if you are already logged in before 9:30, you need to quit and restart before you can be recognized. I lost out on 4 saturdays before i finally figured it out
