We have created a new Support Center web site to help our members answer questions and submit tickets for problems that cannot be answered by our Knowledge Base.

You can reach this site by clicking the Help Center link on the bottom of any Kaneva web page, by clicking the report and feedback buttons in world and also by going to this link:

http://support.kaneva.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5433

If you are logged into the Kaneva web page and use the Help Center link you will automatically be logged into the Support Center page.

If you use the link above you will need to use your Kaneva log in information to be able to submit a ticket, but you can always browse through the Knowledge Base articles logged in or not.

We are pretty proud of our new Support Center but would love to hear feedback from you about the articles on there. So if you don't see your question there or the information in the KB article isn't clear, please use the Feedback section to let us know how we can make the site better!
