Question about access pass

I spent a fortune buying a bunch of clothes in the city. They did not say you had to have access pass to use them. When i got home, couldn't wear any of it. Said was not an access pass area. Like the valentine briefs, cami and bikini from the Holiday Store. Anyone know why this is? Nothing from the Holiday stores says anything about access pass. Someone please help? Thanks so much.

Well, firstly, you can't buy a access pass item if you don't have a access pass, so I am guessing you actually have a access pass.

If it is that you have a access pass and just want to be able to wear the items, you just have to travel to a access pass zone (like public dance club "underground" or your house/hangout if it is set to access pass, to change it to access pass setting of the area you own click settings in the top right)

Unfortunately due to he nature of the items (underwear) I don't think it would be appropriate to wear in public, therefore it has to be wore in access pass areas

1. You can buy certain Items that are Access Pass only if it doesn't say.
2. I had a Player complain about this very same thing the other night.

Yes there are a lot of Items In-World that are Access Pass only, they are not marked as such and should be. I filed a ticket and told Corelli about this Problem, I was told by Corelli and the Support team that it was a known issue and that they were going to fix it as soon as they can, we just have to be patient with them. The Items you bought, you can either hold on to them till you get an access pass or sell them back to the store. Selling them to the Store however will only give you a small amout of Credits back. You can also see if someone with an Access Pass would be willing to by them from you at their full price. I am sorry you had to go through this, but be patient and Kaneva will have it fixed.

Thank you so much for your replies. I bought the items from the holiday store as gifts. we were going to use them as swimsuits in my Cabin. If anyone would like to buy them, please let me know. They are the Valentine Briefs, Cami and Hot Pants. I have access pass, but my bf does not. and i'd like to keep my Cabin family oriented. thank you so much, Candi

The no description is a ongoing issues that will get resolved as fast as we can.
At this time some of the access pass items do not tell you that it is for access pass holding players.
If one player were to buy an Access pass item and then try to give to someone who didn't have an Access Pass item the trade would fail..
Since there is no description at this time try and hold off on buying other people items less you know they both have the pass or it’s not a pass item.

I feel for you Candi. I bought 2 new Access Passes for my new avatar, CaliShore and my girlfriends avatar for $24.99 a pop on Monday. Then the sale went on the next day. I could have saved $30.00. Darn it! :(
