sharing question

I got a green acres place and am currently in the process of turning it into a hangout. I am wondering if there is any way to share the place with a co-owner, and , if there is, how would I do it?

yes as coolguy198693 said ^^ABOVE^^ we currently do not have the option of making a co-owner but you could mod em n they can kick/change music and other stuff & put soemthing on the community page saying so n so is the co-owner n stuff

Once a Time Long ago, it seems like ages but in fact it was right around the time the Virtual World of Kaneva opened to the public, the Co-Owner thing was available to all. There were many, many complications with this type of Modding.

1. If the real Owner laid down some new items or building Materials, the co-owner would come along and steal them.
2. There were a lot of fights about who actually owned the Rights to the Club.
3. There were a lot of fights as to who actually owned the Items and/or building materials.

This whole Co-Owner thing just didn't work out and so Kaneva discontinued it! Kaneva felt that it was in the best interest of the Actual Owner to be the only one to have direct control of the said Property. Kaneva wants to see us have fun and not fight. I am sure Kaneva is working on a way to where we could have co-owners but in a better way.

Yep!! Seven is absolutely rite!! Thankx for taking the time to put it all down! I agree and hope that Kaneva can come up with better way to "share" cause it definitely didn't work for some!! Which is too bad that a few bad apples spoiled it for us all! Still be a mod is good! You can move stuff, change stuff, help out! Just can't add or take away things! and can get to be a pain! If items had a serial number associated to the item owner placing it,.... Only item owner could pick it up in a "shared home or community"....... the problem is solved....... StarryNite...... ;)
