I'm not sure if a player can sell a deed to another player, but if you can I would offer you 1000 credits for it, that is if Kaneva won't reimburse you for it.

Since Deeds are bought with CREDITS you can sell the Deed to anyone you wish, you may also sell it back to Kaneva but for a much lower price. Just becareful and know that there are a lot of sharks out there who will try to take advantage. Hope this helps :).
