why am I not an advisor anymore

I dont get it last thing i did was help jenny4 last nite and goto bed n thenwork today and find out im no longer an advisor huh. i have no e-mail or kaneva messages and dont understand why this is happening I hope its not cause i have access to m lap top and a desk top. I think someone needs to check ips or something. And yet it seems like I`m beenin punished cause of somethink I have/had no control over. I would never and have never abused any of my advisor powers and haven`t given password to anyone.I don`t understand this.:( Then I guess if this cant be resolved I must be moving on and find a new place to call home:( I loved kaneva and the time I had on it,just think almost ayear.Hope someone can help if not Take care everyone and its been fun .:( i wont say good bye yet cause its not official so,waitin till then....thank you yours truely ...The One an Only thunderstorm6996:(

I wanted to respond to this to clear up some misconceptions.

First, in order to be fair to all of our players, we do not allow our Advisors to let anyone else play their account. Advisors do have some power and are put in a position of trust. Allowing someone else who is not an Advisor to repeatedly log into your account is an abuse of that trust.

A warning not to do this was posted in the private Advisors section of the Forums in February. It continued to happen.

We have a trust to honor between ourselves and our players and do our best to uphold that trust. We only want to provide the best service and experience to our players, which is why we took the action we did.
