Question Kaneva is shutting down on me a LOT

During tours, when I travel to a new location or just when I'm standing someplace (or walking around) minding my own business. This is happening more and more. Logged on several times this morning and have just given up. Sometimes it just closes - no errors, no nothing. Sometimes I get a runtime error. Other times that KEPClient error. None of this was happening before the last update. Any suggestions?

I happen to open Task Manager out of habit to close down excessive programs... something I started doing a while ago before I upgraded my RAM.

I noticed after the last update and/or maintenance, that in most locations, Kaneva is using almost double the system memory resources as it was prior to the update.

I suspect this is why a lot of people (including myself, BTW) are having more trouble recently than usual.

Lightbulb Event Viewer

go to event viewer and check the logs for any messages, to get to event viewer go to Start, Control Panel, Administritive Tools, then Event Viewer or go to run (winkey+r) and type in eventvwr, windows vista or 7 just search even viewer in start menu, if you find any events it woud be gd idea to paste them in a reply.

I think it's the tour guide. Every time I click on her she closes Kaneva. lol

No event logs or errors showing with the time stamp of when game closed.

ok im not rlly sure what to do accept reinstall u probs alrdy dun that and delete ALL kaneva files after uninstall before installing again. the tour guide is evil

Default Kaneva keeps crashing

I have tried several times and I am hardly on a minute and it freezes and shuts down on me. No k message or anything and then my desktop graphics are big and scrambled and I have to restart my computer. The last time it happened a comp message popped up and said something about an ilfn or ifln or inlf file or something like that is causing a problem.

Anyone else having this problem? It has only happened on Kaneva and only during party hour. I have a brand new computer and no problems anywhere else.
