yes vamily100 im also still having problems with kaneva!!!
since the last update nothing works like it used to...

If Telkom option 3 doesnt work for you Vamily im not even going to try it
i can understand what you saying bout the speed and stuff Neo but the thing is everything work just fine and i had no problems with kaneva until the last update so i cant see how upgrading to Telkom option 3 will do me any good...

wtf is going on with kaneva????
i am so pi$$ed right now
nothing is working!!!!

Telkom option 3 is not working!!!
ive spend all that extra money and still stuck with this crap??

i still cant dance

no rewrds and creds

no friends in list

no communities

no porting

im stuck in my house or employment!!!!
i used to be able to go to 3rd dimension before when im stuck like this but oh no...
kaneva just had to go and take it away!!!

when i try to login to 2d page i have to login like 4 times for everyting that i want to do on 2d page

i cant send kmails anymore cause it just keeps directing me to login screen
and even the white envelope on bottom of screen is not working in 3d


i really cant take this anymore ive tried everything but still NOTHING!!!!
ive reinstalled what feels like a thousand times ive emptied cookies and deleted all kaneva files i even got faster Telkom package but still stuck with same crap
ive tried switching my router off and then on again after while
but guess what???

NOTHING HELPS

KANEVA SUCKS!!!!!!

I have asked that the problem gets investigated from Kaneva's side...

In the mean time, send in the following info, as the data might help in finding the problem:

1) Obtain a command prompt by going to start menu =>run
2) type cmd then click OK.
3) in the command prompt window type: tracert www.kaneva.com
Press enter.
4) You can copy this by clicking the little C:\ at the top left corner of the window. Click Properties, under "Edit Options" check quick edit. Click OK. You should now be able to highlight the response text.

Please open a new ticket and paste the info in it, also put a link to this thread, so the person opening the ticket knows what its about.

Optionally, if you can't send a ticket, you could also email it to support[at]kaneva[dot]com , please give a link to this thread for reference to the problem.

Will do the tracert and also include ping info. Hope kaneva support can make sense of it and come up with a working solution.

Default line upgrade

Hi Neo and all reading this

Am now running on broadband 3 option, thus line speed should be 4096kbps. and going to test the whole week and see if bugs have gone or remain the same. Hope they are gone, but only time will tell.

Have had a problem with a kaneva install that the update file was corrupt and kaneva did not want to load. did a investigation and found that the files where in C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp. deleted all files there, and that fixed that prob. did see though that the kaneva loader reads the c:\autoexec.bat file. wonder why.

Am going to put kaneva thru its paces and see what is still wrong.

Will be back here with the list.

Hi Neo

Well done all ye said.Found the following

1) communities load a bit faster
2) yesterday I had inventory, today none
3) no friend list
4) no hangouts or communities list.
5) 2d pages keep logging me out.
6) fame indicators in 3d are ALL zero
7) was not allowed to create events. says I must be in my home to do it. I WAS there.
8) Creating an event now shows error message : Error getting data.
9) click on white envelope in 3d and go to friend requests not working
10) credits and rewards show as loading in 3d
11) right click item in 3d, click buy, kaneva responds with error message : Nil


This is what I could fine at the current moment

Now it's just getting annoying. I can be right in the middle of a build and then the server decides it wants to not work with me.

I have reported this issue, however nothing stops you from sending in the tickets. I would actually suggest you do send them in, so that the volume of people that are having this problem can be assessed.

And please do send in the ping info and tracert info as I asked for above, with a reference link to this thread.
